Lovers Lane San Francisco Engagement Session | Breanna & Roel

July 21, 2016

Marianne and I have known Roel for about 20 years, so we were excited to learn that he finally found "the one."  These two met at work in San Francisco, but shortly after, Roel had decided he wanted to move back to his home country, Canada.  After some contemplating and deep conversation, and after realizing that they have a great thing going, Breanna decided to make the leap of faith and move to Canada with him.  Somewhere in between nurturing their relationship in San Francisco and transitioning to moving to Canada, Roel had proposed to Bre in Banff, Alberta.

As a parting wedding gift, Marianne and I wanted to give them something to remember their time in San Francisco before finally moving up north.  Here's a few photos from their engagement session at Lovers Lane, a local gem in the Presidio.  We thought it would be appropriate to shoot here, since US soldiers used Lovers Lane to access the trolley line to visit their lovers and family in San Francisco, where Roel & Breanna's love first started.
